Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Avalon Incorporation platform, operated by Avalon Incorporation, a sister concern of Avalon Global Solutions LLC (USA). By creating an account or placing an order, you accept the version of these terms in effect at that time. We'll ask you to re-accept if we publish a materially updated version.

Services

Avalon offers digital and IT services (web development, SEO, system administration, cloud and hosting solutions, and related packages) sold on a per-service, tiered-package basis. Delivery timelines, revision counts, and pricing are as stated on each service's package listing at the time of order.

Orders, payment, and cancellation

Orders are confirmed once payment is received via one of our supported payment methods. You may cancel an order while it remains in a pending, unstarted state; once work has begun, cancellation is handled case-by-case by our team. Prices are quoted and charged in USD.

Accounts and acceptable use

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Team accounts may invite additional members under Owner, Manager, or Viewer roles, each with different levels of access to orders, billing, and team management.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avalon's liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Avalon Incorporation operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This section will be finalized with legal counsel before launch.
