Accessibility Statement

Avalon Incorporation is committed to making this platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or magnification.

Conformance target

We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across our public site, client portal, and admin panel. This is an ongoing target we actively test against, not a one-time certification — some areas of a platform this size may not yet fully conform.

What we do

• Semantic HTML and accessible interactive components (dialogs, tabs, and tooltips built on Radix UI's accessible-behavior primitives) instead of non-semantic clickable elements.
• A "Skip to content" link on every page, and full keyboard operability for every interactive element.
• Color contrast audited against the 4.5:1 minimum for body text and UI labels.
• Form validation errors announced to assistive technology, not shown as color alone.
• prefers-reduced-motion respected for animated UI.
• Automated accessibility scanning (axe-core) as part of our own testing process, alongside manual keyboard-only testing of key flows like checkout and login.
