Cookie Policy

We use four categories of cookies. Only "Strictly necessary" cookies are set without your consent — everything else requires an affirmative opt-in via the cookie banner or the preferences center linked in our footer, reachable at any time.

Strictly necessary

auth_token (login session), a CSRF token, and a cart-session cookie. These can't be switched off — the site can't function without them, and no consent is required under ePrivacy's necessary-cookie exemption.

Functional

Remembers preferences (e.g. UI settings) to improve your experience across visits.

Analytics

Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity — help us understand how the site is used. Loaded via a web worker (Partytown), never before you consent, and never on the client portal's order/message content or payment-adjacent pages.

Marketing / affiliate

A referral-attribution cookie set when you arrive via an affiliate link, so we can credit the referring affiliate if you later place an order.

Managing your preferences

Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page to change your consent at any time — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
