Refund Policy
Before work begins
You can cancel an order yourself from your dashboard while it's still in a pending, unstarted state — no need to contact support. Cancelling a pending order stops any further processing; refund handling for an already-paid pending order follows the same manual process described below.
Once work has started
Once our team has begun work on your order, cancellation and refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact us with your order number and we'll work with you on the right outcome given how much work has already been delivered.
How refunds are processed
An approved refund is returned to your original payment method. For card payments (Stripe) and PayPal, this happens through the payment gateway directly. For Wire Transfer orders, the transfer itself is manual on both sides — there's no automated gateway to reverse it — so a Wire Transfer refund is coordinated directly with our team and may take longer to complete.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a recurring subscription (for example, a monthly retainer package) takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't provide a partial-period refund for the time remaining in an active billing cycle. You can pause a subscription instead of cancelling it if you expect to resume shortly.
Quotes and custom projects
A custom quote, once accepted and paid, becomes a standard order and follows the same policy above.
